This riddle was created based on  a study of the thought process of diagnosed psychopaths. It draws a loose parallel to those who can solve the riddle and psychopaths. (Meaning "only" serial killers can solve this riddle.) I am not a doctor and this is not a certifiable diagnosis of your mental state if you are able to solve it. So stay calm if you do.
